This Baby's Little Smocked Blue Dress by Feltman Brothers is ADORABLE!! A lovely, special embroidery design that is no longer produced. The Peter Pan collar has a delicate white French lace trim. The short puff sleeves gather with elastic and has a ruffled hem with a matching white French lace. The entire bodice is smocked in a lattice design done in white embroidery. Where the gathers join the bodice, a border of accordion smocking has embroidered white flowers with green floral vines. Petite lattice design embroidery has a blue and white Chevron border and peaks in 4 places to join the upper lattice design. Back has a yoke with a 3 button closure.
