Blue Speechless Dress (with pockets!)

Never worn, tag still attached. Bought it at Macys but never got a chance to wear it. Very cool feature are the pockets! I’m 5’3” and dress falls just above my knees. Is appropriate for all seasons. Very minor pulls on the back shoulders (see pictures)
