Blue Suede Oxford Shoes

*THESE SHOES RUN SMALL! I am a size 8.5 in most common shoe brands so I had to size up to 9 to fit these and as such I have decided to list them as 8.5!* Never worn before. Bought for a particular outfit but never had the opportunity to wear, and would like to make closet space. Super cute though. Feel free to ask any questions!!
