Blue Swing Dress with Nautical Pattern

Navy and light blue v-neck dress with little boats on the fabric. Has a built-in navy slip, comes to just above knee length. It's too big on me, and I only wore it once over a tank top. It will look much more flattering on someone it fits! Bought originally from Francesca's. Smoke-free home.
