Blue Swiss Dot Swimsuit Coverup

This is a navy blue Swiss dot dress. I am 5”2’ and it hits about mid thigh on me. Perfect for a swimsuit coverup. It is made from a slightly transparent fabric and is not lined. It has a collar with a v-neck and 3/4 length sleeves. The sleeves have a button detail so they can be rolled up a little. The hem is a high/low style and the tag recommends dry cleaning. New w/o tags. It was never worn beyond trying it on.
