Blue Tie Dye T-shirt Dress

This item is women's size 18 (labeled 4X). It is labeled as 65% Polyester & 35% Cotton. HOWEVER, It feels like 95% Polyester & 5% Spandex. It's a very soft, thin (not see-through), stretchy dress that would be great for wearing around the house or as a cover-up for the beach. I got this for a cruise, but the fit wasn't what I expected.
