Blue Turtle Neck Dress with Slit

Blue turtle neck bodycon dress, has a small side slit. Pretty much new, I only wore it once for a picture. The little pocket says “my baby made it.” The dress is a size small, the arms and neck have limited stretch, so I don’t recommend it for anyone who’s in between sizes since those areas are tight, but the rest of the dress is stretchy.
