The length measures approx. 12" from top to rim. It is about 23" around comfortably and will stretch to 25". That's a size One Size that will fit a Medium. Check your sizing. It is an Acrylic yarn. I handmade it with a loose knit crochet stitches. The color is dark Blue with light blue and white tiny stripes throughout giving a tweed appearance.
