Blue V neck accordion dress

This dress is a mini-midi dress. Above the knee but not super short. Pretty dark blue color with crystal details. The skirt is accordion textured and is very flowy. Worn only once or twice in good condition. One of the ties has a small stain at the bottom. Barely noticeable had to search for it (in photos).
