Blue Velvet Long Sleeve Romper

Super comfy blue/navy velvet romper from Urban Outfitters! I wore this once for a winter formal I had and it was so comfy! It has shorts but then the piece of fabric that drape in the front to make it look like a dress. Long sleeve with ties on each arm that can be adjusted to make them more crop if wanted!
