Super soft 90's blue velvet mini dress by Dana Buchman. The perfect dress for an elegant cocktail party, but you can also dress it down for everyday wear. I believe this dress is silk, but no fabric tags. Great vintage condition. Minor wear to be expected, as the item is vintage. Please refer to the pictures and zoom in for condition.
