Blue Velvet Vintage Hillard & Hanson purse clutch

Gorgeous little purse. The fabric is separating from the metal on one side with a tiny bit of yellow foam showing, but you can always put that side toward your body (and is not that obvious). The metal is a dark, almost black silver.
