Blue Velvet With Lace Size 10 A beautiful blue velvet dressy-dress with an ornate white lace collar. It is from the mid 1980s and though there is no tag I'm sure it is a size 10. It is from my personal collection and it is in very good condition. It comes from my pet-free, smoke-free home. The measurements are taken lying flat so please double where applicable. 13" across the waist 19 3/4" across under the arms 17" long sleeve measured under the arm to the wrist 17" across the shoulders 37" long from the waist 54" long from the back of the neck to the hem It has shoulder pads and belt loops but no belt. The waist has a side zipper.
