Blue Velvety Soft T-Shirt Dress

If you like velvet, this dress is so pretty! It is stretchy and soft like crushed velvet. It is made of polyester and spandex. This can be worn all kinds of ways casually or formally. This size is 3XL but I think that this is a junior’s size. I measured the chest at about 40 - 42 inches. The sleeve is about 14 inches in diameter and the length from armpit is about 26 inches. Never worn.
