Blue Vienna Prom Dress

This dress was purchased at Diane & Co. and is custom. I had the dress taken in to be skin tight around the skirt and I had extra layers of crinoline added to the bottom to give it some extra...there is also still a train which is the perfect size! Not too long not too short. The dress is originally a 12 but I had it sized to an 8! I am willing to go lower on another website just contact me!
