Blue & White Coverup

Bought as a coverup but can also be worn as a dress. Tag says small but fits more like a medium that's why I put it in as a Medium. Bust measurement approximately 20" Dress length approximately 34" I'm 5'2, 120 lbs and it was too loose on me. Like new condition. Never worn. Never washed.
