Blue + White, Fit and Flare Dress

This vintage patterned dress is in moderate condition. It's only trouble is the a small broken stitching noticed after purchasing on the top left of the dress. It does go unnoticed, due to the features of the sweetheart neckline and cotton to tulle underskirt that keeps your dress both flaring and fashionably comfortable. Not only that, but it hits right above the waist for a flexible feel. It has been worn a few times to small special events, and can be great for your future special events too!
