Blue & White Floral Dress

Super cute sweetheart neckline A line dress with blue flowers. There's a built in underskirt so it's a little fluffy and not see through. Perfect for spring! Could work as a graduation, shower or Easter dress. Could probably use an ironing on top. ** Tag says size 9 but I wore when I was size 1. I am size 8 now and there's no way it would fit me.
