Blue & White Floral Dress/Tunic

I've always been a sucker for a blue dress and this one from 3 Stones is a favorite. Navy with ivory floral print. Split neck with buttons. Crochet trim detail at yoke and back. Slightly shorter in front and longer in back. 3/4 sleeve with tabbed button detail. Gently worn and in great condition. Good for a size 4 or 6. 100% polyester. Hand wash cold.
