Blue & White Floral Print Plunge Neck Mini Dress

Short sleeved with a slightly pleated skirt. Features empire waist style. Gently used, technically preloved but kept in excellent and clean condition with no major damage. Was primarily worn in 2016-2017 and only a few times, hasn’t been worn out since then.
