Blue & White Hand Painted Mermaid Mini Skirt. I hand painted a silver and turquoise mermaid on this mini. I also put in a new elastic waistband. The original one had no give to it. In doing so all of the tags were removed. I am estimating this at a Juniors size medium and including measurements. In excellent condition. One of a kind. When laid flat and measured from side to side the unstretched waistband is 13.5 inches across. The total length from waste to him is 19 inches.
