BNWOT. This is a never worn, navy blue sleeveless dress with white polka dots. The cute back design has 3 "bow" type cut-outs. Perfect for spring and summer! It is 95% cotton and 5% spandex so there is some stretch. There is no brand listed. It falls around the mid-thigh to above knee area. The tag size says XL but would probably fit better on a L.
