💕 Blue & White Ruffled Romper 💕

This romper is adorable! Only worn once. Ruffles at the bottom & subtle flared sleeves with elastic at the wrists add a nice feminine twist to this romper. It is a little see-through but works fine with nude undergarments! I received a ton of compliments on this when I wore it. It does wrap around/cross in the front and fastens with a snap closure!
