Blue White Sleeveless feminine ruffle dress. Size XL

Super feminine and lightweight blue dress with little tiny cream dots and flowers. It is a v-neck but has three buttons down toward the waist and an elastic waist. Small Ruffles at the shoulders. There is also a lining underneath the dress so it is not see through at all. Size XL. Compares to a 12 and 14 women's. Very clean, no rips are stains. Only worn a handful of times. The length goes to just above the knees. 18" across the front at the bust. 30" waistband when elastic is not stretched. Not a tight stretch, very comfortable. It can stretch to 40".
