Blue White Stripe Dress

This dress is a fit and flare, with cross over top (connected but open near the bottom). Waist has belt loops and thin belt. Buttons are decorative, pocket is functional. Dress with new with tags. Back has tiny hole from caught zipper. It is not noticeable unless you are looking for it. Dress is a XL but material is not forgiving (no give).
