Blue & White baby doll dress

super cute F21 dress with almost a nautical heel, love with either tan shoes or white shoes. love love love this dress but it's just too short for my long legs haha! swoop neck and back, perfect with a belt. you can even wear this with jeans! dress says large but I'd say but if you're a medium otherwise it might be too short :}
