Blue & White dress with tie back and smocked sleeves, Size Large.

I bought this dress at an online boutique, I'm not sure the name of it at this point. The pictures don't do it justice, it's very pretty on. Very flirty! Navy blue and white detailing. it has a tie at the back, long sleeves that have a smocked detail at the wrist and pleated fabric at the bust. It is a mini dress and flowy. Size is a Large BUT I'd say it's a small large, runs on the smaller side. Brand NEW, never worn, but I did remove the tags, thinking I would wear it for an occasion I had however, I never got around to wearing it and the return window closed! Zero imperfections and comes from a smoke free and pet free home!
