I had these same exact shoes. The company actually doesn’t even make them in wide if you search online. The wide was probably a listing mistake the first time around

I just wanted to let you know, maybe you could get your money back since they were labeled incorrectly. Some great things about this shoe: if you have high arches they have a band that allows the top to stretch. They offer amazing high arch support and the insole itself is amazingly soft and comfortable. They’re the only shoes to ever touch the bottom of my arch! they’re also removable which makes them less soft inside but way more spacious. Great shoe!🙂
