Blue Wrap Maxi Dress

I cannot find the contents tag, it must have fallen out, but it is a size small and definitely a man-made fiber. It is a true wrap dress (not faux) so you can make it tighter or looser as you like for a higher or lower neckline. Unlined. Very cute on especially when you get up close and see that the design is cuddling swans. Bought because I love a wrap maxi dress and Swan is a family name but I never ended up wearing it. In perfect, new condition.
