Blue and Black Dress

This dress is not quite a shift or a bodycon dress - falls somewhere in between. Size says XL but fits like a M. The dress is royal blue with black sleeves and panel at the bottom of the skirt. Zipper closure. Great for any semi formal event, dinner, or can even be paired with white sneakers for a semi casual look! Never worn.
