Blue and Pink Dotted Sundress

Size 12 but runs small after multiple washes. An accurate sizing is now more a size 4. Blue, pink, and white blotted pattern on dress. Straps tie in the back but the back is still very open. I preferred to wear it with another shirt underneath. The last picture shows an accurate length of the dress on a 5’4 person.
