Blue and Red checkered wide leg pants

The tag has been cut off so I don't know where these are from or the size. They measure 14 inches across the waist (without stretching) while flat. They do have elastic in the waist so they are very stretchy. The inseam is 28 1/2 inches. The have wide flowing legs and the material is silky so probably a polyester or some type of blend. They are in perfect shape other than the tag missing.
