Blue and White Accordion H&M Dress. Never worn. Comes with a tie. Was always a little too tight on my chest so I cut the lining in the front. Doesn’t make a difference when wearing though (like when looking at it…not see thru). Price reflects the lining cut. Will ship next business day.
