Blue and White Blouse

Light and flowing, ready for summer! Pretty patten and easy to wear fit. It's hard to see in the pics but there is a seam a few inches below the bra line that adds a dressy detail making this shirt a bit special. Add the tiny blue button to the back...perfect!
