Blue and White Checkered Dress

Price is firm, this dress is handmade. Found this gem in a boutique in the New Orleans French Quarter. It was handmade by the woman who owned the shop. This dress is very thin so it's perfect for a hot summer day. It ties around the waist but you can also take the tie off and wear it loose. The buttons do unbutton so that's also an option.
