Blue and White Dress

Purchased this dress to wear to a sorority function, however I didn’t like the fit on me. I noticed it has some dirt along the bottom edge, didn’t notice it when I purchased. (Like an employee dragged it along the floor before putting on rack) Good condition tag still attached
