Blue and White Dress. Full wrap dress.

This gorgeous full wrap, blue and white dress is perfect for many occasions. I bought this dress at a unique boutique, when I got home I realized I had grabbed the wrong size and there was a no return or exchange policy. It has never been worn it is brand new with the tags on it. The dress goes from high to low with a moderate V-neck and is a full wrap dress.
