Blue and White Floral Skort

This NWOT pleated skirt is perfect for spring and summer. Feel safe running and strolling in this skirt with its hidden, built-in shorts inside. It twirls beautifully and is made with the lightest and softest material. It is free-size and has stretch, but I would only recommend it up to small. I'm between 4-6, and I could never fit in it.
