Blue and White Maxi Dress

New, never worn, loose fitting and comfy. I’m not a fan of maxi dresses and had plans to cut it to a midi, but never found the time. It’s is very pretty though and trimming it down was not right for this dress. Has pretty white tassels , which I liked too!
