Blue and White Mini Dress

Beautiful blue and white chinoiserie-esque dress! Tag size says 8, but fits like a 6 since I had it taken in a little at the bust (to accommodate a 34C). Please see photos for measurements. Stitching is a little loose near around the zipper, but I’m thinking this would be an easy fix.
