Blue and White Off-the-shoulder Dress Beach Cover-up

Mediterranean style blue and white off-the-shoulder dress. Dress has beautiful lace-detailing on the sleeves and bottom with shades of floral blue designs. Material is slightly see-through so I would recommend this as a beach-coverup. Tag is still attached and never worn so it's in perfect condition.
