Blue and White Pinstripe Tie Dress

Beautiful blue and white stripe tie dress. Full skirt that has a vintage feel with the v neck and dramatic collar. It’s a custom dress from E-Shakti, but fits like a 16/18. It has a missing internal button, which cannot be seen from the outside.
