This kitchy little shrug is a perfect topper for us ladies to prefer to cover our shoulders or bring a second layer to an outfit without overheating! Made in the UK 🇬🇧 Low price due to makeup smudging of the inner collar, not seen when worn. This is a retro, pin up, vintage style that reminded me of I Love Lucy!
