Blue and White Romper

3/4th length sleeves with lacing at the elbow. Laces also tie from bust area to neckline, into a cute bow! Lacing is adjustable. This romper is super cute, fun, and soft! It can be dressed up or down, worn inside or out. I love it, but it's just a but too small on me now. It's only been worn a few times. Originally from the clothing store, Papaya.
