Blue and White Striped Bib Dress

Very cute and flattering dress from Ces Femme. Has a diamond embroidered pattern and zip up back. Is not sized but it fits XS or Small best. Only worn a handful of times, the second photo was 3 years ago and was the last time I wore it. That photo shows the color best. I’m doing a huge closet clean out!
