Blue and White Striped Dress

Super cute dress! Great summer dress. Amazing for 4th of July with a red shrug. It says size 10, but fits like a small or X-small. Measurements (the material up top is Jersey material and stretchy) : Pit to pit: 12.5” Waist: 11” stretches to 13” Length: 37” From smoke free home. Good pre-owned condition.
