Blue and White button down pinstripe dress

Cute vintage vibe dress, great for office environment or paired with flip flops on a day off. Has loops for a belt, but no belt included. I wore this with a bright red belt for my last job and got lots of compliments on it! I don't need it anymore since I dress more casually for work nowadays.
