Blue and creamy white toile China maxi dress. New without tags. Size Large.

This dress is beautiful but I’m very short(5 ft) so it just doesn’t look pretty on me. Size Large. New without tags because it didn’t come with tags. I ordered it off a FB site and paid $50. Asking $20
