Blue and green floral belted mini dress!

Shell 100% polyester, lining 100% polyester. Button back blue and green floral. Dress is fully lined. Item has only been worn once. One of the belt loops is unhooked but still attached. I’m 5’7 and the dress hits right above my knees.
