Blue and green semi formal dress

This dress is so fun! Worn once. It came strapless and my event had a strap dress code so I added the halter straps. They go perfectly with the style though. Above the knee but not too short. Great condition. Last picture shows only visible damage - minor pilling under left side bust. Not noticeable!
